A customer walked into our store on BPL Chouraha last week, holding a Xiaomi phone with a crack running clean across the screen. His first question wasn’t about price. It was, “Are you people actually authorized by Mi, or do you just put that on the board?”
That question comes up almost every week, and it’s a fair one. Walk down any market in Mandsaur and you’ll find more than one shop with the word “authorized” painted on the shutter, with no brand actually standing behind it. So instead of just answering it at the counter, we wanted to put it in writing: every brand we’re genuinely certified for, what that certification actually means, and why it should matter to you before you hand over your phone, TV or AC to anyone.
What “Authorized Service Partner” Actually Means
It’s not a title a shop gives itself. A brand like Mi or Daikin only signs off on a service center after the technicians go through the brand’s own training, the store meets their diagnostic and tooling requirements, and there’s an agreement in place to use original or brand-approved parts. In return, the shop gets access to genuine spares directly from the brand, official service software, and the authority to honour that brand’s warranty on your behalf.
A shop without that agreement can still open your phone and swap a part. What it can’t do is guarantee the part is genuine, or that the repair won’t quietly void whatever warranty you had left. That’s the entire difference, and it’s usually invisible until something goes wrong three months later.
Every Brand We’re Currently Authorized For
Over 18 years, we didn’t set out to collect brand badges. Each one came after we’d already been repairing that brand’s devices well enough, for long enough, that the company took notice. Here’s where we stand today:
- Mi (Xiaomi) Care, our oldest certification, going back to 2015, and still our highest volume of repairs
- Realme, added as the brand grew across Madhya Pradesh
- Motorola, covering everything from budget Moto G phones to the Edge series
- Nothing, newer to the market, with a transparent design that needs its own repair training
- itel, high-volume, budget-friendly devices with their own part sourcing
- Jeeves, an authorized service partner relationship for supported categories
- Daikin, our AC installation and repair arm, a separate certification from the phone brands
- Tecno, growing fast in this segment, and we keep pace with it
- Poco, handled under the same authorized channel as Mi
- Infinix, rounding out our mobile brand coverage
If your device is from one of these ten brands, you’re not just getting “a repair shop.” You’re getting the same standard the brand itself would point you toward.
Why This Should Matter Before You Choose a Shop
Two things happen at a non-authorized shop that don’t happen here. First, parts. A screen or battery from an unverified source can look identical and still be a different grade internally, meaning a slightly duller display or a battery that degrades twice as fast. Second, warranty. Most brands will refuse a warranty claim the moment they see a seal broken by an unauthorized technician, even if the original fault had nothing to do with the repair.
We tell every customer, upfront, which type of part is going into their device, genuine or genuine-grade, before we start. You can see our full breakdown of repairs on our Services page.
One Store, Not Just Phones
Somewhere along the way, “mobile repair shop” stopped being the full picture. We now cover TV installation and repair, AC installation and service including Daikin units, and washing machine and refrigerator repair, with the same technicians and the same genuine-parts approach. If you were searching for a phone repair shop and an appliance technician separately, that search usually ends here.
What Actually Happens When You Bring Something In
There’s no mystery to it. You walk in or call ahead, we run a diagnosis and quote a fixed price before touching anything, the repair happens with the part type disclosed to you, and you leave with a signed warranty card covering both the part and the labour. Our Contact page has our address, store hours and a direct line to book ahead.
You Don’t Have to Take Our Word for It
We could tell you all of this and you’d still have every right to be skeptical. So don’t take it from us. Our customers have left over 150 reviews rating the store 4.9 out of 5, and you can read what they actually said, in their own words, on our Reviews page.
A Few Questions We Get Asked Often
Does “authorized” mean more expensive?
Not necessarily. Authorized parts have a fixed brand price, so you’re not paying a markup, you’re paying for the part actually being what it claims to be.
What if my brand isn’t on this list?
We still work on it. We’ll tell you honestly whether we’re using genuine-grade parts instead of brand-original ones, so you can decide before we start.
Can I check if my device is still under Mi Care or another brand’s official warranty?
Bring your invoice or IMEI number when you visit, and we’ll check it for you at the counter before any work begins.
In Short
None of this is meant to be a sales pitch. It’s the answer to the same question that customer asked us last week, written down properly instead of said quickly across a counter. If your device is from one of the ten brands above, or even if it isn’t, you’re welcome to walk into our store on BPL Chouraha, Mandsaur, or read more about how we got here on our About page.
